I am a lawyer and a Licensed Trial Counsel at PsyJuridica. I have also passed the bar examination.
From the beginning of my career, I have always wanted to help common people with their important matters. My goal is always to find – together with my client – the best possible solution to their situation.
It is important for me always to be as thorough as possible, no matter how small or big the assignment is. I always want to remember that even if some matter seems small to someone else, it is important to my client. I especially want to pay attention to the fact that me and my client’s interaction and communication work well. It is important for me to encourage my client to seek agreement in their matter – but always to make sure that their best interest is taken care of.
I have studied law at University of Helsinki. In my studies, I concentrated especially on criminal law and child law. After graduation, I have also attended to further training is specific questions.
Before starting at PsyJuridica, I worked several years at the Disciplinary Board of Finnish Bar Association. The Disciplinary Board supervises attorneys-at-law, public legal aid attorneys and licensed trial counsels and make sure that they follow certain ethical requirements. Due to my background, it is especially important to me to work ethically. I have also worked as a Public Gardian. In addition to this, I have experience about working at law offices as a trainee.
I work fluently in Finnish and English.
